Charlie Showers from the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning in Australia tells about the way data can be used to respond to and mitigate against extreme post fire hydro-geomorphic risks. For example such as flash floods, debris flows (high magnitude events similar to landslides or mudflows) and degraded water quality.

Caspar Geelen from Wetsus and Wageningen University explains how data collected from various sources, such as real-time pressure and flow sensors, can be used to obtain insight in the buried water pipe networks.
